Whatever a store’s returns policy says, you have 7 days from delivery to report any of these:
No store can make this window shorter. A store that offers longer returns gives you the longer one instead.
That depends on the item. Some items take a change-of-mind return, some don’t.
The listing tells you which before you pay — read it while you’re deciding, not after.
Made-to-order items never take a change-of-mind return, because they were made for you. Everything above still covers them in full.
Open the order and say what went wrong. Add a photo or a line of detail — that’s what the store needs to put it right.
You choose what you want: your money back, or a replacement.
The store has 48 hours to reply. If it doesn’t reply, or it says no and you disagree, ask Metzee to step in from the same screen.
Once Metzee steps in, we read both sides and decide. The store’s payout for that order is held until it’s settled.
A refund is approved first, then processed. It goes back the way you paid.
Any Metzee Credits you used come back to your balance.
If you paid cash on delivery, the store pays you back directly — that money never passed through Metzee.
Returns open once the order is delivered. Before it ships, cancel the order instead.
You can raise a problem any time from paying until 7 days after delivery.
One at a time: an order can have one return or one dispute open at once.
Only what you buy and pay for on Metzee is covered. If a store asks you to pay some other way, don’t — none of this applies to it.
