What makes a request answerable
Be specific. "Any sarees?" gets nothing. "A Kanjeevaram in deep green, around six yards, under ₹8,000" gets a reply, because they can actually look for it.
Say your ceiling. It is not weakness; it saves both of you a conversation about something you were never going to buy.
Say when you need it by, if it matters. A store that cannot help this month may be able to in two.
Ask the right store. Someone who sells one of a kind cannot find you a second one. A reseller who posts a hundred items a month can.
What happens next
They may say no, and that is a real answer. Not everything is findable.
They may send a private offer. It expires, so do not sit on it.
