In one line
Metzee is a live-auction marketplace where small makers in India sell what they make, on camera, to buyers across the country.
In a paragraph
Most of what is worth buying in India reaches people as a photograph and a paragraph — whether it was thrown on a wheel last week or kept in a collection for thirty years. Metzee replaces that with a person on camera: they pick the thing up, show it, answer the question you actually have, and sell it in the same minute. Sellers range from makers to collectors to specialist shops. Payment is held until the item arrives, every store is identity-checked, and the whole product works in eleven Indian languages and English.
