We are a small team, and we hire rarely and carefully.
What it is like
Everyone here talks to sellers and to buyers. The person who writes the payout code has watched a seller wait for a payout. That is deliberate, and it is not going to change as we grow.
Open roles
None right now.
That will not always be true. If you build things, or you know a corner of this trade in India — craft, collectibles, resale — and think we are getting something wrong, write anyway — tell us what you would fix first. We read those.
