Condition is most of the price here, and it lives in four places that photograph badly on purpose.
The questions
"Can you show all four corners?" They wear first and most visibly. Non-answer: a three-quarter shot from the good side.
"Can you work the zip on camera?" A zip that catches is a repair the buyer pays for.
"Can you turn the lining out?" Pen marks, tears and staining live there, including the bottom.
"Does it have a smell?" It cannot be photographed, it travels with the bag, and it is the most common reason one comes back.
"Does it stand on its own?" If a bag will not hold its shape, you want to know before it arrives propped in a photograph.
"What comes with it?" Dust bag, cards, strap, charm.
"Where did you buy it, and what can you show?" Nobody authenticates a bag over a video call. A careful "I bought it second-hand and cannot confirm more" prices honestly; a confident claim with nothing behind it does not.
What protection covers
Damage not described, something missing that was listed, or a different bag than shown: seven days from delivery. A bag sold as a counterfeit is a different matter — report it.
Questions people ask
Is corner wear repairable?
Sometimes, by a specialist, at a cost. Assume not.
Does a replaced strap matter?
To value yes, to use often not. Either way it should have been declared.
What if it smells on arrival?
That is a condition fault that was not described. How returns work.
