More than people assume. The categories run from sneakers and trading cards to coins, sarees, handicrafts, comics, cricket memorabilia, electronics, food, jewellery, books, records and antiques — about thirty in all.

What does well live, and why
The thread running through all of it: the camera adds information a photograph cannot.
Things with condition. A card's corners, a sneaker's crease, a coin's strike. Grade is most of the value and a photo flattens it.
Things that are not uniform. Handmade work, vintage, anything where no two are the same.
Things that photograph badly. Textiles, pottery, anything with a sheen. A saree on a table is not a saree.
Things with a story. Provenance is a conversation, not a caption.
What does less well
Identical sealed units at a fixed price. If you know exactly what you want and only care about the number, a listing serves you better — and we would rather say so.
Questions people ask
Is everything second-hand?
No. New work from makers, new stock from shops, and second-hand all sell here.
Is it all handmade?
No — that is a common misreading. Handicrafts are one category among about thirty.
Can I buy without bidding?
Some items are fixed-price buy-now.
How do I find a seller for something specific?
Browse the category, then follow the sellers who turn up. How.
