Your activity screen has four tabs, and knowing which is which saves the hunt:
- Purchases — everything you have bought
- Won — auctions you won
- Bidding — auctions you are in right now
- Saved — things you kept for later
What an old order is still good for
Finding the store again. The order carries it, and that works however long ago it was — which is the reliable route when you cannot remember a name. How do I find a seller I bought from before?
The invoice. Available from the order. How to get an invoice for an order
Raising something, if you are still inside the window. Damaged, faulty, wrong or not as described: 7 days from delivery, whatever the store's policy says.
Reviewing it, if you have not.
Buying the same thing again — not always possible, since much of what sells here is one of a kind, but the store may have something similar. Can I ask a seller to find me something?
Orders do not disappear
They stay with your account. Even if the store closes, your order, its invoice and its history remain — those belong to you, not to the store. How do I close my store?
If you deleted your account
Then it is gone from your side. Records of orders, invoices and payouts are kept for as long as tax law requires, but without your personal details — so they are no longer something you can look up. Can I get a copy of my data?
Worth knowing before you delete rather than after.
The habit that makes this page unnecessary
Follow a store the moment an order goes well. One tap, at the one moment you are certain, and you never have to search for them again. Following a seller, and what that does
More: saving things for later, how do I find a seller again, how to get an invoice.
