You have won something and a clock is running. Thirty minutes if you were watching when you won, longer if it ended while you were away. Pay first, sort everything else out afterwards.
1. Open it from the show
You get You won this! 🎉 and Pay now. Tap it there — the quick pay sheet opens over the show, so you are not leaving the room.
From elsewhere: your orders, under Won or 1 item waiting to be paid for, with Pay now.
Full checkout opens the full screen if you need to change the address or add a coupon.
2. Check the address
Shown before you pay as Delivering to {pin} or Pickup from {place}.
Read it now. There is no self-service way to change a delivery address after an order is placed — the only routes are asking the seller before they pack, or cancelling. Ten seconds here saves all of that. Can I change my delivery address?
If you have no address saved you get Add your delivery address to pay, and for a pickup order, Choose a pickup point.
3. Check the total
Order summary shows the item, Delivery (or Delivery (combined) where several wins ship together), and Total.
Winning bid is what you bid. The total is that plus delivery.
4. Choose how to pay
How do you want to pay? — Powered by Razorpay · UPI, Cards, Net Banking, plus wallets and Metzee Credits if you have any.
Pay with shows your saved methods, so a repeat purchase is one tap. Other ways to pay opens the rest.
5. Pay, and come back
Pay {amount}, and you will see Starting payment… then Complete in Razorpay….
For UPI, your UPI app opens. Approve it there, then come back to Metzee. The screen says Finish in the payment window… while it waits.
This is where payments get lost — not because they fail, but because people approve in the UPI app and then close everything. Come back and wait for the confirmation.
6. What success looks like
Payment successful!, then the order shows Paid and {amount} paid. In the show you get {store} can pack it now. Enjoy the rest of the show.
That is the confirmation. No email is sent — email is not switched on yet — so the order showing Paid is the thing to look for. I am not getting emails.
If it fails
Pay by UPI instead, if you were using a card. The window does not pause while you argue with a bank. My card was declined.
If money left your account and the order still says unpaid, that gets resolved — do not pay twice. Payment failed, I think I was charged twice.
If the window runs out, the item goes to the under-bidder and you get a strike. I missed the time to pay.
Questions people ask
Can I pay later?
No. The window is the window, and there is no way to extend it — a win you do not pay for lapses and goes to the under-bidder. What happens if you do not pay
Several wins — one payment or several?
Several wins from one store often combine into one delivery charge; Pay for {n} wins handles them together where it applies. Different stores are always separate.
Is it safe?

Do I need the address before bidding?
No, but having it saved turns a thirty-minute scramble into one tap.
