Yes. An unsold auction shows Unsold or Auction ended without a sale, and Relist auction runs it again with new settings — Relisted — the new auction is ready.
It is the same item run again, so its history follows it. That is different from Duplicate, which makes a copy for a second unit of the same thing.
Change something first
Relisting unchanged is how an item fails four times. The room has already told you something; running the identical listing again asks the same room the same question.
Three things, in this order:
1. The starting price. The commonest reason an auction gets no bids is a start price that asks the room to take the first risk. Start lower than feels comfortable — the ten-second rule means the ending is decided by when bidding stops, not by your opening number. How to price for auction
2. The first photograph. No bids with plenty of views means people saw the thumbnail and did not open it. That is a picture problem, not a price one, and a different first photo is the cheapest change available. How many photos should a listing have?
3. The reserve. If it failed a reserve, lower it or drop it. An item that failed its reserve twice is telling you the reserve is wrong. It says the reserve was not met
And one that is not a setting
Where it sits in your show. The last item of a thin show is not the same item at the start of a busy one. Moving it is free and it is often the whole answer. How many items should a show have?
Which figure tells you which fix
Not views. Sold % on your products tab, and the two lists next to it:
Lots of views, no sales:— people opened it and did not bid. Price or description.Saved but not bought:— people wanted it at less than you asked. Price, straightforwardly.- No views at all — thumbnail.

What you cannot change
An auction's settings lock once it has a bid or goes live. For an item that has finished, the app says it directly: This auction has finished. Use Relist to run it again with new settings. So relisting is the mechanism for changing anything about a completed auction. How to edit or relist an item
The stale flag
An auction listing that goes 30 days without a bid is flagged as stale. Nothing is removed — it is a prompt to change something rather than to renew it unchanged.
A buy-now listing is different: it expires after 30 days and Renew 30 days resets it.
How many times
As many as you like. But if it has failed three times, the item is not the problem — one of the three things above is, and renewing it a fourth time unchanged is the one option that definitely does not work.
