Not yet available. Metzee’s monthly fee invoices are built, and they stay hidden until Metzee’s own GST registration is in place. Until then the section does not appear in Finance, and no invoice can be issued.
Writing anything else here would waste a trip to a screen that has nothing on it, so: that is the state today.
How it is meant to work
One invoice per calendar month, covering the commission charged that month. Each lists the orders behind it, the taxable amount, the GST split, and an invoice number — and the terms commit to it: Metzee issues a monthly tax invoice for the platform fee.
A month appears once it has finished. The invoice is a printable document, and once issued its contents are frozen, because an invoice that could change later is not a record.
What your accountant can use now
The commission you have paid is already recorded, and that record is available — it is the invoice document that is missing, not the data:
- The
Platform fees paidfigure in the financial-year block on your Finance screen, running from the start of the financial year. - Your ledger, which itemises every fee as it was charged, exportable as a file.
- Your earnings statement, where
Feesappears under what came off your balance with the live percentage beside it.
How to read your payout statement
Why it matters that it is an invoice
For a GST-registered seller, the fee is an input and the GST on it is input tax credit — and claiming that normally needs a tax invoice naming both parties and their GSTINs, not a figure from a dashboard.
So if you are registered, this is worth asking about rather than working around. Raise it under Payouts & fees in Help, which exists for Payouts, bank details, fees, invoices.
For buyers, which is a different thing
A buyer’s invoice for an order is its own document and unrelated to this one. How to get an invoice for an order
When it changes
The section appears in Finance by itself, with a month to open. Nothing for you to switch on.
More: when is the commission taken, can I get a yearly summary, what comes out of a sale.
