What your sales have earned you, held by Metzee until you withdraw it. It is not a bank account and nothing is charged for holding it.
The number to look at is Available to withdraw. Everything else on the screen explains why the rest is not that number yet.
The three states money moves through
On its way. An order that is paid but not delivered — shown as On the way to buyers. Not yours yet, because the sale is not finished.
Just delivered. A Settlement hold runs for 24 hours after delivery. It exists so a buyer who opens a parcel to find the wrong thing can say so before the money leaves.
Available. Delivered, held, nothing disputed. This is the withdrawable part.
And one state that is not a stage at all: Held by returns & disputes. An open case freezes that order's money until it is resolved — and unlike the other three, this one is yours to clear. What comes off it
Under What came off your balance:
Fees— Metzee's commission, with the live percentage beside itDelivery the buyer paid, back to Metzee— when Metzee booked the courier, the delivery money passes through rather than being yoursCharged by the courier afterwards— a weight or size correction on a parcel that was bigger than declared- Refunds and discounts you gave
None of these is ever billed to you. They come off the balance, which is the whole point of the balance existing.
If it goes below zero
You see You owe Metzee and an amount — usually after refunds on money already withdrawn.
Nothing is charged to a card and no demand is sent. It settles out of later sales. But nothing is withdrawable while it stands, which is the practical consequence.
What it is not
Not your profit. Your costs — stock, materials, packaging, your time — are not in it. The balance is revenue after Metzee's deductions, not earnings after yours.
Not a tax figure. For that, the financial-year block on the same screen. Can I get a yearly summary for my accountant?
Not credits. Metzee Credits are a separate, promotional thing and cannot be withdrawn.
Getting it out
On a schedule you choose, or whenever you ask, above a minimum. How often am I paid?
