My bulk import did not work
Nothing is lost — rows land as drafts and problems are named per row. The usual six.

Listing a lot of items quickly
A spreadsheet becomes drafts, never live listings. Two columns are required and one changes everything.

Auction or buy now?
One property of the item decides it. Plus three things auctions cannot do.

Getting someone to help run your store
Add them to your team with a role. Never share your login — and the money never moves.

A checklist before your first show
Nine things, in the order they bite. Most of a bad first show is one of these left unset.

Store logo and photos
A store is not a person, and Metzee keeps the two apart. What goes where.

Your store page, and what buyers see on it
The page people check before deciding to trust you. What is on it and what to fill in first.

Can I sell in my own language?
Yes, and for a local audience it is worth more than any promotion.

Selling on Metzee alongside a job
Entirely normal. The three settings that make it survivable.

Selling your own work vs reselling
Both are welcome and they are different businesses. What changes, honestly.

Do I need a company to sell?
No. What you do need is a tax identity and a bank account in your own name.

How much can a seller actually make?
No figures here, because any would be a lie. The arithmetic to do instead.

What sells well in a live auction
One property decides it, and it is not the category.

Is selling live actually worth the effort?
For some things, clearly. For others, no. The honest test, and what it costs you.

What does a realistic first month look like?
Smaller than you hope. The numbers that actually predict a second month, and the ones that do not.

Should I put a note in the parcel?
Yes. It is the cheapest thing you can do and it shows up in reviews more than anything you buy.

I broke it while packing
Tell the buyer today. The three options, and why the slow version is the expensive one.

Where do sellers find stock?
Six real sources, and the one rule that matters more than where you buy.

Do I have to sell to the highest bidder?
Yes, with one exception that is about the person rather than the price.

Can I refuse to sell if the bidding ends too low?
No. The tool for that is the reserve, and it has to be set before, not after.

Why did my item sell for so little?
Almost always the room, the start price or the photograph. How to tell which, and the one protection you did not use.

Should I sell a collection as one lot or piece by piece?
Singly earns more and costs more. The test, and the split most people should use.

I inherited a collection — where do I start?
Slowly. The five things to do before you sell anything, in order.

Should I get something graded before selling it?
Only when graded copies of that exact thing demonstrably sell for more. The sum, honestly.
There is a show on right now.
Nothing to install — it runs in this browser.
