How do I know a show is not staged?
The seller cannot bid on their own items — the app refuses it. What that covers and what it does not.
What does Metzee actually do about fakes?
Not authentication. What it does instead, said plainly enough that you can judge it.
Should I sell a collection as one lot or piece by piece?
Singly earns more and costs more. The test, and the split most people should use.

How do I work out what to charge for postage?
Pack one real parcel, measure it, then build the rates from that. The order matters.
Should I offer free delivery?

Is the show chat public?
Yes. Everything you type in a show is visible to the room, including the seller.
Can I bid without my name showing?
No. The room sees who is winning. But the name it sees is yours to choose.
Who can see my delivery address?
The store you bought from, once you buy. Not before, not other buyers, not other stores.
Does Metzee sell my data?
No. Who does see it, named, and the honest distinction between selling and sharing.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes, by asking. There is no download button, and sellers have exports that answer most of it already.
I lost the phone with my Metzee account

Can I sell on behalf of somebody else?
Yes, in two ways, and the difference is whose bank account the money lands in.
How old do I have to be to sell?
