I have twenty of the same thing
Quantity on one listing, or twenty auctions. Which suits a show and which suits a shelf.

How do I sell several things as one lot?
A lot is just one listing with several objects in it. Not to be confused with Bundle deals, which is something else.

Can I relist something that did not sell?
Yes — and the three things worth changing first, because relisting it unchanged is how an item fails four times.

My listing was rejected
Two different things get called this. Which one you have, and what to do about each.

Can I use the manufacturer’s photo?
As one of six on a sealed new item. Never as the only one, and never on anything used.

How many photos should a listing have?
Up to six. Use all six, and here is what each one is for.

It says the reserve was not met
The seller set a floor and the bidding stayed under it. What happens to the item, and what you can do.

Do I need a licence to sell what I sell?
What Metzee requires is a short, knowable list. What your category requires is a question to check.

Can I sell gold or precious metal?
Yes. Hallmarking is law rather than a Metzee rule, and the delivery risk is yours to manage.

Can I sell food on Metzee?
Yes, with an FSSAI licence — and the delivery reality decides more than the licence does.

Can I sell second-hand items?
Yes, and it is a large part of what sells here. One obligation comes with it.

Do I need insurance to sell?
Metzee does not require any. Whether your situation does is a question for someone qualified.

Can I block a buyer?
Yes, per store. What it stops, what it does not, and when reporting is the better tool.

A buyer is asking for a refund
How to decide in two minutes, and what your policy actually binds you to.

A buyer has not paid me
It resolves itself, on a clock, without you doing anything. What not to do meanwhile.

Can I cancel a scheduled show?
Yes, and it is the most expensive easy thing you can do. What it costs with the people who set a reminder.

How long should a show be?
About an hour. And the real answer is that it is a question about stock, not about time.

How many items should a show have?
Twenty-five to forty for an hour. The reasoning is pacing, not stock.

Can I sell without doing a live show?
Yes. Buy-now listings run on their own — and here is exactly what you give up.

Do I have to show my face on camera?
No. What you do have to show, and how sellers who prefer not to run shows that work.

Changing your payout bank account
Quick to do. The timing is what causes trouble, not the form.

There is a deduction I do not recognise
The six usual suspects, in the order they confuse people, and how to trace one.

Where do I see what I actually earned?
One screen, three numbers worth reading, and how to get the figure for a particular month.

Why is my payout taking so long?
Three different waits get confused for one. Which one you are in, and the two that are genuinely fixable.
There is a show on right now.
Nothing to install — it runs in this browser.
