Can I sell a replica if I say it is a replica?
No. Being honest about it changes the conversation, not the rule.

Is my store name already taken?
Store names are not checked for uniqueness. Your username is — and that is the one that has to be free.

Someone copied my listing
What is actually yours, what is not, and the one route that does something about it.

Why was my item taken down?
You were told the reason, in the notification. Where to find it, and why the item will not go back on sale.

I only want to sell a few things. Is all this necessary?
Most of it is not. One part is, and it is the part people assume they can skip.

Can I get a yearly summary for my accountant?
Yes — a financial-year block on your Finance screen, plus exports. What it has, and what it is not.

Where is my invoice for Metzee’s fees?
A monthly tax invoice is how it is meant to work — and it is not switched on yet. The honest answer, plus what to give your accountant now.

Do I need to charge GST on what I sell?
Whether you charge it depends on your registration. Whether you need a tax identity does not — every seller needs one.

Why was tax deducted from my payout?
Right now, nothing has been. The figures on your Finance screen are estimates — here is what they mean.

How often am I paid?
Three schedules, and you choose. What moves a particular order into a later run.

Is there a minimum payout amount?
Yes. What happens to a balance below it, and the second threshold you may have set yourself.

When is the commission taken?
At the sale, out of the proceeds. You are never billed for it, and here is where it shows.

What happens if my connection drops mid-show?
The auction keeps running without you. What buyers see, and what to do in the first thirty seconds.

Where do I see how my show did?
The recap for what sold, and the figures that tell you whether to change anything.

Can someone else talk during my show?
Yes. What a second person can do on camera and in the controls, and the role to give them.

Someone is being rude in my chat
Four tools, in order of force. And the one thing not to do, which is argue.

Can I run a show from inside my shop?
Yes, and it is a real advantage. Two practical problems to solve first: noise and the counter.

What if I say the wrong price on camera?
Correct it immediately and out loud. What you are bound to, and what you are not.

Can I practise before going live for real?
Yes — a rehearsal sells nothing and shows you everything. Do one.

Nobody came to my first show
That is the normal first show. Three things change it, and none of them is paid promotion.

Can I set my own bid increments?
Yes, per auction. What the default is, and the thing to get right instead.

Does it cost anything to list?
No. Nothing is charged for putting something up. Where a cost does arise.

What should a description actually say?
Four parts, in order, in under 2000 characters. The third one is the one that sells the next item too.

Can I schedule a listing to go up later?
An auction, yes. A buy-now listing, not directly — and the workaround is a draft.
There is a show on right now.
Nothing to install — it runs in this browser.
